BLK Oceans

What started as a passion project, is now a venture-backed company.

I founded BLK Oceans in 2020. As a solo-founder, I built BLK Oceans from the ground up, including logo design, branding, social media, events, website design, video production, and promotional materials. The creative concept was developed and inspired by the poem, “Still I Rise” by Maya Angelou.

This year, I also launched BLKO, a livestream shopping platform, featuring exclusive sales on the dopest Black-owned brands.
